The set value generally increases a certain tension based on ordinary steel, which increases the interlayer friction force of the strip. For different polyester color coated plates, due to the large static friction force being closely related to ambient temperature, humidity, and the microscopic state of the material friction surface, especially the latter, the contact mode between the coatings after baking and curing is surface to surface contact, and the coating does not generate compression deformation. Properly increasing the coiling tension and increasing the static friction force between the layers can effectively prevent the occurrence of roll collapse.
