    Decarburizing annealing

    A production process for cold rolled electrical steel. The annealing time is generally 3-5 minutes.

The annealed samples mainly contain {411} 148, {111} 112, and {111} 110 texture components, with a small amount of Goss grains scattered between {111} 112 or {411} 148 grains. In addition, it is beneficial to the abnormal growth of Goss grains Σ 9 and Σ The number of 13b grain boundaries generally increases with the prolongation of decarburization holding time, and increases first and then decreases with the increase of decarburization temperature, i.e., a maximum value occurs after annealing at 840 ℃.

    The main products of the company are high magnetic induction low loss oriented electrical steel and high-end household electrical galvanized sheet. The products include decarburized annealing wire, bell type annealing furnace, oriented electrical steel, acid free pickling, magnesium coated wire, 20-high rolling mill, etc. The specifications of oriented electrical steel include: 23Q85, 23Q90, 23Q95, 27Q90, 27Q95, 27Q100, 27Q105, 27Q110, 27Q120, and other high-end electrical steel. The specifications of non oriented electrical steel include: W470, W600, W800, W1000, W1300. It is mainly used in large-scale transformers, nuclear power stations, hydropower stations, and military projects.

    Our company's decarburization and annealing production line for oriented silicon steel has an annual output of 70000-80000 tons. HiB specification thickness 0.18-0.23mm; The specification and thickness of CGO decarburization material are 0.635mm. Part of our decarbonization II rolling stock can be sold directly.
