Electrical steel also called silicon steel sheet, it is a type of essential magnetically soft alloy of the power industry, electronics industry and military industry, it is also a metallic functional material with the largest output. It is mainly used as the iron core for fabricating various motors, electric generators and transformers. Its production process is complex, its manufacturing technology is strict, so foreign production technologies are protected in the form of patents and deemed as the life of the enterprise. The manufacturing technology and product quality of electrical steel sheets are important indexes of measuring one country’s special steel production and technological development level.
The specifications of non-oriented electrical steel in our company are: 50W1300, 50W800, 50W600, 35W470 and 35W440. The product width is (1000-1250) mm. The annual output is 150,000 tons.

The designed annual output of the galvanized line is 300,000 tons. The main equipment is provided by Italy Danieli Group. The galvanized line mainly adopts non-oxidation straight fire burner. The residual oil or dirt on the surface of cold-roll steel sheets is removed at first, and then the sheets are annealed in the annealing furnace to meet the machining requirements of customers. Surface finishing straightening and chemical treatment are also performed to make the surface quality meet customers' requirements. It is characterized by superexcellent formability, impact strength, good corrosion resistance, coating property and good weldability.
