Decarburization and annealing line process
Decarburization in the decarburization annealing line is a phenomenon that the surface carbon content of steel decreases when heated. The process of decarbonization is that the carbon in steel reacts with hydrogen or oxygen at high temperatures to form methane or carbon monoxide.
Decarburization and annealing line production
Using infrared carbon sulfur analysis and EBSD technology, the carbon content and texture changes of Niobium containing Hi-B steel after different decarburization and annealing processes were studied. The results show that when the furnace atmosphere and dew point temperature are constant, the carbon content in Niobium containing Hi-B steel decreases with the increase of decarburization temperature, and first decreases with the extension of holding time
